In the rare instance that a suitable substitute item cannot be offered we will issue a pro-rated refund for the item. If we provide a substitute item all rights to the original product are forfeited.
That means it cannot be used personally, sold, bartered, or provided to anyone else to use for any reason. Please note also that United States Federal Law prohibits the return of software for a refund and only allows for the software to be exchanged for the same software if the original is defective.
