That's a very revealing statistic about the potential purchaser needing to be exposed to a brand 3-5 times before actually buying something. I always thought it was a misconception that many webmasters think online sales don't require personal interaction or cultivation. I've had mixed results with my forum marketing efforts. No doubt, it is a powerful medium. The problem becomes the spammers who post unrelated nonsense just to get a backlink.
