Well it has been few days ago since i’m not making anypost here. Today i receive an interesting story at my email inbox that i want to share this with you guys. Well here we go, Jason buy an ebooks from david , after three days jason asking a refund for his purchase. It was clear stated that David offer a no questions asked refund policy. So David sent the refund… and he added a little note asking Jason how things were going in his online business.
Well actually David didn’t expect a response .. but then Jason contacted david back saying he hadn’t made a dime online! Wow that Sound familiar right?.
Few days after David did something he don’t normally do. He send Jason a niche idea to pursue, a few articles to use. And asked Jason to follow the step at the ebooks he sold. What happen next? After two days David got an email back from Jason… He said that he just sent David back the refund. He went on to say that he made his 1st $100 bucks online and David was very happy that he can give his buyers a valuable resources.
That is a good point for david as seller he can gain back his buyers trust and good feedback. This is very important to note that if we are selling online we should not thinking how to get our products sell but how we can give our costumer what they need for. They buy our products because they are searching the answer for their problem from our products.
Selling ethics are the key to profits. If clients or customers don’t trust us, they will not do any business again with us. Would you buy from someone you didn’t trust? Of course not! One thing that i learn is, that we should treat our customers with respect and fairness. Selling ethics is about the quality of our service. By treating our customers in an ethical, fair and open way is not only the right thing, but in the long run, it’s also the only way to stay survive in any business.
A must read post for everyone, specially those who are making money online. Your brand and credibility on the net will give you a much higher level than the others.

I agree…selling ethic also important to establish strong born between seller & buyer… online or offline
That is a great idea, however when you’re working on such a large scale I don’t even think its possible to devote that kind of attention to each client that you deal with. Although it is ideal and I agree that it will make you more successful, its not realistic and very time consuming.

Check for misspelled words, broken links, busted pictures, etc. An unprofessional appearance may lead to a bad customer experience and kill your chances to sell online.
That is an excellent point, as my boss always says “we are selling trust!” now I see what she means.

Coming off as unprofessional can be very bad for a business. Customers may end up disappointed, and that could lead to bad reviews, which can lead to a bad reputation.
