When i read some articles about Real Estate New Jersey i found that New Jersey Real Estate Market is one of america’s best. They has 9 of the 100 richest counties and ranks among the 5 highest median income groups. In New Jersey, we could find homes within our budget. Recently there has been booming at real estate markets in New Jersey , people that looking to buy homes, can find some at very reasonably priced rates.
15 years ago, the city was not developed. Some areas of the city were unsafe, and areas that should have been valuable area was very undeveloped. The city was not safe during the night. Land was very cheap, many areas were heavily polluted and unsuitable for development. Then about 5 years ago, developers began to understand the values of the Jersey City. Big Projects like Liberty Towers and others were stated. The values of the property began to rise. New developments sold out as quickly as they opened their sales office. It was truly a great time to own Real Estate in Jersey City. Average real estate prices for 1 bedroom apartments peaks at over $500 sqft.

The largest cities in New Jersey include Newark, Trenton, the state capital, Jersey City, Paterson, Elizabeth, Edison Township, Woodbridge Township, Dover Township, Hamilton and Camden.
New Jersey’s location between New York and Philadelphia creates a network of highways perfectly suited for transportation businesses. For people that want to invest in properties for the purpose of vacationing. Will find it a profitable deal , with the beautiful surroundings a lot of couples and families spend time on the beaches rent out homes for vacationing to spend their weekend or spend their entire summer vacation . I was seriously considering buying some property to rent it to people for quite some time. Thanks for the info I’ll have to look into New Jersey real estate market. Do you think it’s already clean enough to live/spend holidays there? I don’t know, it’s just that I associate New Jersey with high levels of pollution.
